MALVERN, PAYPrime has published its first Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Report, detailing progress in sustainability, health equity, and corporate governance. The 2024 report emphasizes the company’s strategy to embed responsible innovation into its operations and clinical trial platforms while setting ambitious goals for long-term impact.

The company received an EcoVadis Bronze Medal, placing it in the top 35% of more than 150,000 companies globally, and earned a B score in its first Carbon Disclosure Project submission, outperforming life sciences industry averages. YPrime has also achieved zero direct (Scope 1) greenhouse gas emissions and is working to cut indirect emissions.

Workforce diversity remains a priority, with 54% of employees identifying as women and 42% of management-level hires in 2024 being female. “At YPrime, responsibility and performance go hand in hand,” said Lindsay Daniel, Chief Human Resources Officer. “This report underscores the progress we’ve made—and the work still ahead—as we strengthen transparency, sustainability, and equity.”

Future commitments include submitting near-term Science Based Targets initiative goals in 2025, pursuing ISO 27001 certification, and achieving net-zero emissions by 2050. “ESG is no longer optional—it is core to how we operate and innovate,” added Paulo Limgenco, Vice President of Business Operations and ESG Strategy Lead.

YPrime’s report underscores its belief that sustainable practices are essential for advancing clinical trial outcomes and delivering long-term business value.
