WAYNE, PA — TekniPlex will present next-generation sealing technologies at Interpack 2026 in Düsseldorf, Germany, from May 7–13, highlighting solutions designed to address regulatory compliance, performance demands and sustainability requirements in packaging.
The company’s Consumer Products – Integrated Performance Solutions unit and its Healthcare division will exhibit jointly at Hall 7, Level 1, Booth C25.
Among the products on display is ClearCycle+ stem gaskets, a talc-free and silicone-free sealing solution designed to comply with anticipated European talc regulations while maintaining non-stick functionality.
The product is food-grade certified, water-resistant and designed to support shelf life of up to two years, with applications in packaging requiring regulatory compliance and durability.
TekniPlex will also feature ePress Seal, a pressure-sensitive sealing solution made with expanded polyethylene that is intended to replace polystyrene foam materials facing regulatory and supply constraints.
The material is designed to improve compression performance, recovery and cohesion, while enabling application without specialized equipment and supporting cap-lining processes.
In healthcare packaging, the company plans to display plastic single-dose containers and a fully transparent recyclable blister package, along with Aclar laminates, SBC films and cleanroom bags.
