WAYNE, PA — Renovus Capital Partners announced a slate of promotions across its investment, accounting, and operations teams, elevating 11 professionals as the firm continues to expand its platform.
The promotions include Pat Heath to principal from vice president; John Matthews and Adam Swack to vice president from senior associate; Ried Niermann and Ahan Patel to senior associate from associate; Fernando Cordova, Luca Di Leonardo, Jackson Kelly, and Kevin Spear to associate from analyst; Jisa Ben to fund accounting manager from senior fund accountant; and Matthew Stretch to senior fund accountant from fund accountant.
Firm leadership said the moves reflect sustained performance and growing responsibility as Renovus invests in its internal talent alongside its portfolio.
