MALVERN, PA — Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. (NYSE: VSH) is set to highlight its advanced power management technologies at PCIM Europe 2025, in Hall 9, Booth 208, from May 6–8 in Nuremberg, Germany. The company’s solutions address critical trends in e-mobility, energy storage, and sustainability, reinforcing its commitment to next-generation power electronics.

Among the featured innovations are silicon carbide (SiC) MOSFETs, diodes, and power modules, which form the backbone of numerous reference designs like scalable inverters, fast chargers, and solar inverters. Key exhibits include a 48 V scalable inverter, a 22 kW bidirectional converter, and a 10 kW hybrid solar inverter. Passive components, highlighted for their reliability and performance, include Vishay ESTA capacitors and IHLE® inductors with integrated shields.
