MALVERN, PA — Vishay Intertechnology Inc. (NYSE: VSH) will hold its annual meeting of stockholders virtually at 9:00 a.m. Eastern time on Monday, May 18, 2026, allowing shareholders to participate online.
The meeting will be accessible at www.virtualshareholdermeeting.com/VSH2026 as part of the company’s adoption of a virtual format for 2026.
Stockholders will receive proxy materials, including the company’s proxy statement, annual report, and voting instructions, either electronically or by mail. The materials are also available at ir.vishay.com.
To participate in the meeting, shareholders must use the control number provided on their proxy card or voting instruction form.
Individuals without a control number may attend as guests but will not be able to vote or ask questions during the meeting.
