MALVERN, PA — Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. (NYSE: VSH) announced that its Board of Directors declared a dividend of $0.10 per share for both common stock and Class B common stock.
The dividend will be paid on June 27, 2024, to shareholders of record as of June 13, 2024. Future dividends will depend on Board approval.
