MALVERN, PA — Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. (NYSE: VSH) has announced that its Board of Directors has approved a dividend of $0.10 per share for both common stock and Class B common stock.
The dividend is scheduled for payment on June 27, 2025, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on June 18, 2025. Future dividends will remain subject to the Board’s approval.
