VALLEY FORGE, PA — UGI Corporation (NYSE: UGI) will pay shareholders a quarterly dividend of $0.375 per common share on Oct. 1, 2026, following approval by the energy company’s board of directors.
Shareholders of record as of Sept. 15 will be eligible for the payment, UGI reported.
The Valley Forge-based company distributes and markets energy products and services in the United States and Europe.
UGI’s subsidiaries operate across natural gas transmission and distribution, electric generation and distribution, midstream services and propane distribution. The company also has operations in renewable natural gas generation, distribution and marketing, as well as broader energy marketing services.
