EXTON, PA — Omega Flex Inc. (Nasdaq: OFLX) declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.34 per share, continuing shareholder distributions while leaving future payouts subject to the company’s operating results, capital needs and potential acquisition spending.
The dividend is payable Oct. 14 to shareholders of record as of Sept. 30, the company said.
Omega Flex’s board will determine future quarterly dividend amounts based on the company’s cash requirements, results of operations and financial condition.
The board will also consider planned capital expenditures, potential acquisitions and other factors it deems relevant when setting subsequent payouts.
