MALVERN, PA — Endo, Inc. (OTCQX: NDOI) announced it has completed the sale of its International Pharmaceuticals business, primarily operated through Canada-based Paladin Pharma Inc., to Knight Therapeutics Inc.
The sale includes up to $105 million in total cash, with $79 million paid at closing, $11 million in holdbacks, and up to $15 million in future milestone payments.
