MALVERN, PA — Ecovyst Inc. (NYSE: ECVT) announced the recent release of its 2022 Sustainability Report, “Cultivating Change: Sustainable Innovations for a Greener Future.” This report features 2022 data, including HSES, greenhouse gas emissions, energy, water, and waste results. It further reflects the progress we have made toward achieving the goals established in Ecovyst’s inaugural Sustainability report from 2021, released in June 2022.

In 2022, about 83% of our R&D investment was dedicated to products linked to sustainability, keeping us on track to achieve our goal of 90% of R&D innovation linked to sustainability by 2025. At the same time, we strengthened our business practices during 2022 through investments to reduce the environmental impact of our operations, improve our health and safety practices, and foster career development opportunities and inclusion for our employees,” commented Kurt J.
