EXTON, PA — Bentley Systems Inc. (Nasdaq: BSY) declared a third-quarter cash dividend of $0.07 per share, returning capital to shareholders of both classes of the infrastructure engineering software company’s common stock.
The dividend is payable Sept. 29 to holders of record of Class A and Class B common stock as of the close of business Sept. 22, the company said.
Bentley develops software used to design, build, and operate infrastructure across transportation, water, energy, and urban systems.
Founded in 1984, the Exton-based company provides software spanning engineering disciplines and different phases of the infrastructure lifecycle, including digital twin technology used for project delivery and asset management.
