EXTON, PA — Bentley Systems, Incorporated (Nasdaq: BSY) announced its Board of Directors has declared a third-quarter dividend of $0.07 per share. The dividend will be paid on September 30, 2025, to stockholders of record of Class A and Class B common stock as of September 23, 2025.
The infrastructure software company said future dividends will be determined based on financial performance, business needs, and market conditions.
