MALVERN, PA — Rajant Corporation has introduced Rajant Guardian, a managed service and technical support offering designed to strengthen the performance and reliability of the company’s Kinetic Mesh networks. The program provides continuous monitoring, automated issue detection and structured remediation pathways aimed at reducing downtime and easing the operational load on internal IT and OT teams.
Integrated with Rajant’s BCICommander Enterprise platform, Rajant Guardian is available in three service tiers that accommodate a range of operational needs. All tiers include continuous alerting, severity-based triage and clear diagnostic summaries to speed resolution. The entry-level tier offers guided remediation, allowing customers to execute fixes with support from Rajant specialists. Tier Two adds remote troubleshooting and coordination with field service providers, while Tier Three introduces an annual preventive maintenance program for customers seeking the most comprehensive lifecycle support.
Marcus Cool, director of services at Rajant, said the offering reflects the company’s commitment to supporting networks deployed in high-demand environments. He noted that Guardian is designed to ensure operational continuity and provide direct access to experts capable of resolving issues quickly and consistently.
Rajant Guardian includes several core capabilities. Its monitoring system tracks firmware changes, mesh performance, login activity and other key metrics to identify anomalies before they affect operations. Service-level commitments guarantee timely acknowledgment of incidents and delivery of remediation plans within approved maintenance windows. A baseline Kinetic Mesh Diagnostic Report establishes current conditions and pinpoints risks, followed by a prioritized plan to align firmware, configurations and design standards. Quarterly trend reports offer additional visibility into network performance and improvements over time.
The new service expands Rajant’s support ecosystem and gives organizations a structured framework to maintain and optimize Kinetic Mesh deployments as connectivity demands grow.
