MALVERN, PA — The Insurance Accounting & Systems Association (IASA) has opened registration for IASA Xchange 2026, its annual conference and tradeshow for insurance professionals, scheduled for June 7–9, 2026, in New Orleans, the organization announced.
The conference will focus on accounting, finance, technology, risk management and leadership within the insurance industry.
According to IASA, the 2026 event will center on the theme “Risk, Resilience, and Reinvention,” bringing together cross-functional insurance teams to discuss industry challenges and share practical strategies.
“IASA Xchange reflects the realities our organizations face today—constant change, evolving risk, and the need for stronger collaboration across teams,” said Rod Van Genderen, chair of the 2025–2026 IASA Advisory Board. “This conference is designed to help insurance professionals step back, learn from one another, and return to their organizations better prepared for what’s ahead.”
The conference will include multiple educational tracks: accounting and finance; technology; enterprise risk management; professional development; and executive leadership, known as OnPOINT.
IASA said attendees can participate in continuing professional education-eligible sessions, workshops and discussions addressing regulatory developments, emerging risks, leadership approaches and insurance-related technologies.
OnPOINT, the event’s executive program, will offer leadership development programming delivered in partnership with Admired Leadership, along with an economic update and peer discussions, according to the organization.
“Building on the positive feedback from last year, OnPOINT brings executives together for specialized leadership training paired with an economic update and meaningful peer dialogue,” said Kim Nicholl-Keane, executive director of IASA. “It’s designed to help executives connect how they lead with the environment in which they operate.”
In addition to educational programming, the event will feature an exhibition floor, networking opportunities and association business meetings, including the presentation of IASA Impact Awards.
IASA said the conference typically attracts more than 500 insurance professionals and industry partners each year. The organization said exhibitors and sponsors will have opportunities to connect with insurance decision-makers and industry stakeholders.
