Freedom Village Operator Scores Seventh Straight Win in Senior Living Rankings

Freedom Village at Brandywine

WEST BRANDYWINE, PAFreedom Village at Brandywine’s management company, LCS, has once again claimed the top spot in J.D. Power’s annual U.S. Senior Living Satisfaction Study, marking its seventh consecutive year as the nation’s highest-ranked provider for Independent Living.

The 2025 study placed LCS at #1 not only overall, but across all six core measures of resident satisfaction — Dining, Community Building and Grounds, Resident Apartments and Living Units, Price Paid for Services, Community Staff, and Resident Activities. No other company has achieved a streak of this length since the survey’s inception, making LCS the most-awarded independent senior living operator in the history of the J.D. Power study.

The ranking reflects survey responses from residents across independent living, assisted living, and memory care communities nationwide, capturing how seniors evaluate comfort, service, amenities, and the overall living experience.

Power award for the seventh consecutive year is a powerful testament to the trust our residents place in us and the exceptional commitment our teams bring to their communities every day,” Bird said. “Our residents’ confidence in the experience and care we provide is the highest honor we can receive, and we are grateful for their continued support.”

LCS manages more than 130 senior living communities across the United States, including delivering its Signature Experiences program — a suite of hospitality, engagement, and care standards designed to improve quality of life for older adults.
