WAYNE, PA — Fintech giant Acrisure announced the formation of its Mid-Atlantic Region, which will encompass its businesses in Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, and West Virginia. The newly formed region will operate under the Acrisure brand, continuing the company’s rebranding efforts that commenced in 2023.
Geoffrey Goldwater, an industry veteran with over 15 years of experience, has been appointed as the Managing Partner for the Mid-Atlantic Region. He will be joined by a leadership team that includes John Marsh as Head of Operations, Kristen Cron as Head of Growth, Ann D’Amicantonio as Head of Client Solutions, and Bryan Allingham as Head of Finance.
Greg Williams, Co-Founder, Chairman, and CEO of Acrisure, expressed his enthusiasm about the formation of the Mid-Atlantic Region, stating, “Our team in the Mid-Atlantic Region are excited to come together as one. This is a terrific way to kick off 2024!”
For the fintech industry, this development signifies Acrisure’s continued growth and expansion plans. The formation of the Mid-Atlantic Region follows similar rebranding efforts in New Jersey, New York, South, West, and Southwest in 2023, with more regions expected to follow in 2024.

The Mid-Atlantic Region is also home to one of Acrisure’s high-profile brand partners, the Pittsburgh Steelers. As part of its community involvement, Acrisure has made significant philanthropic contributions, including a $7.5 million donation to the UPMC Children’s Hospital Foundation in 2022.
