EXTON, PA — Chester County-based tech firm iPipeline announced the recent appointment of industry stalwart Pat O’Donnell as its new Chief Executive Officer. O’Donnell, with over 30 years of experience in the technology sector, succeeds interim CEO Deane S. Price, effective immediately.

Price, who stepped into the interim role in February 2022, will continue to serve the company as an advisor assisting with the transition. She joined iPipeline following a decade-long stint with Aderant, another Roper Technologies business, where she held the position of CEO.

O’Donnell’s mandate includes steering the global iPipeline organization and reporting to Group Executive Satish Maripuri at Roper Technologies.

Maripuri expressed his enthusiasm about O’Donnell’s appointment, praising his robust experience and proven success in the tech industry. “Pat is a proven leader with a growth mindset. His focus on customer intimacy, innovation, driving M&A, and building high-performance cultures aligns perfectly with iPipeline’s ongoing commitment to transform the global industry,” said Maripuri.

Before joining iPipeline, O’Donnell served as CEO of Ministry Brands, a leading provider of software and services for faith-based and non-profit organizations. His leadership was instrumental in the company’s transformation and growth during his three-year tenure.

O’Donnell’s extensive career also includes roles as Senior Vice President and President at FLEETCOR, a leading global business payments company based in Atlanta. He spent nearly 24 years with ADP, a Fortune 500 global technology company, where he held several key positions.

O’Donnell’s educational background includes a bachelor’s degree in economics from West Chester University. He has also earned the Six Sigma designation and the Project Management Profession (PMP®) certification.
