EXTON, PA, and WILMINGTON, DESeedcopa + SeedcoDE has announced the appointment of Holly Graver as Senior Vice President, Business Development Officer. The lending affiliate of the Chester County Economic Development Council (CCEDC) serves all of Pennsylvania and Delaware and has been ranked the #1 SBA 504 Lender in Eastern Pennsylvania for four consecutive years by the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA).

Graver joins Seedcopa + SeedcoDE with a wealth of experience in commercial lending. Prior to this role, she served as Senior Vice President of Business Development for the Brandywine Division of Fulton Bank, supporting small- to mid-market commercial lending since 2010. She previously held a similar position at National Penn Bank, focusing on new business development.

Her community involvement is extensive and long-standing. In 2019, the West Chester Area YMCA honored her with the Gary R. Community Impact Award for her volunteer work. Graver has served on the Board of Directors for the YMCA of Greater Brandywine for a decade and has been a board member of the Greater West Chester Chamber of Commerce, including serving as Board Chair. In 2015, she was named Female Business Leader of the Year by the Chester County Chamber of Business & Industry (CCCBI).
