Tang brings extensive experience in middle market investing, most recently serving as Vice President at Chicago Pacific Founders where he managed numerous investments.

With a robust background in private equity, Tang has previously worked at Norwest Venture Partners. He has a proven track record of collaborating closely with portfolio company management teams to optimize operational processes.

Before his tenure at Norwest, Tang worked as an Associate at Robert W. Baird & Co. and began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers. He holds both a Master of Accounting and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Tulane University.
