QVC Names Tony Williams as Chief People Officer

WEST CHESTER, PAQVC Group (Nasdaq: QVCGA, QVCGB, QVCGP) has announced the appointment of Tony Williams as Chief People Officer, effective April 28. Williams will oversee the global team member experience portfolio, which includes People & Organization, Global Impact, Talent Management, and Total Rewards & People Operations. Reporting to Mike Fitzharris, President, QVC US Brand and Chief Operating Officer, Williams will also act as a strategic advisor to the Executive Leadership Team, steering the company’s People agenda to align with its growth strategy.

Bringing over 25 years of global experience in strategic and operational leadership, Williams has a track record of driving organizational effectiveness, culture transformation, and change management to bolster profitability and market positioning. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President – Global Human Resources, Transformation Enablement & Regions at The Estee Lauder Companies, where he led People strategy and operations across six global regions. His career history also includes senior leadership roles at Tyco International, Remy International, and Air Products and Chemicals, as well as an early career start at Macy’s.
