BERWYN, PA — PPR Capital Management, a Chester County-based private equity real estate investment firm, has announced the appointment of Bill O’Brien as its first Chief Client Officer. O’Brien, who joined the firm in April 2022 as Director of Investor Relations, will now lead efforts to innovate and improve client service models, with a focus on driving satisfaction and revenue growth among both existing and prospective investors.

He also served as a financial adviser at Merrill Lynch. O’Brien is a graduate of St. Joseph’s University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in chemistry.
