With more than three decades of experience in customer success and operational excellence, Collins has held senior leadership roles at industry-leading firms such as Tricentis, Ellucian, Medallia, and CA Technologies.
At Frontline, Collins will oversee customer experience initiatives focusing on delivering tailored solutions to K-12 school districts. His expertise in building high-performing teams and driving measurable client success is expected to further enhance the company’s service to education leaders nationwide.
