WEST CHESTER, PA — Robin Senss, Chief Operating Officer of Friends Association, has been named a 2026 VISTA NextGen Superstar by VISTA Today, recognizing outstanding young professionals who are shaping the future of Chester County through leadership, innovation, and community impact.

The annual VISTA NextGen Superstars program honors professionals under 40 whose work strengthens their industries and communities. Senss was selected as part of the 2026 class for her leadership in advancing systems of care for families experiencing homelessness and housing instability across Chester County.

As Chief Operating Officer, Senss oversees agency operations and programs. She recently led the development and launch of the organization’s new family shelter and office at 825 Paoli Pike, a project that expanded capacity from six to sixteen families through the creation of ten new apartment units. Her leadership has strengthened service delivery, expanded partnerships, and supported the organization’s mission to ensure families have access to safe, stable housing.
