First Resource Bank Adds CFO, Lending Chief to Drive Growth

EXTON, PA — First Resource Bancorp Inc. (OTCQX: FRSB) has appointed Kristofer A. Paul as chief financial officer and Wayne M. McKillop as chief lending officer, adding two executives to oversee capital and lending functions as the Exton-based bank pursues its growth strategy.

Both executives will serve as executive vice presidents of First Resource Bank, the company stated.

Paul will oversee financial strategy, accounting, financial reporting, budgeting and capital management. He brings more than 20 years of experience spanning accounting, finance and executive leadership.

His background includes regulatory reporting, strategic planning, investor relations, capital management and analysis of mergers and acquisitions. Those responsibilities put Paul in a central role as the bank manages its financial resources and evaluates longer-term growth opportunities.

McKillop joins with more than two decades of commercial banking and lending experience. His background includes commercial and industrial lending, middle-market banking, portfolio management, credit-risk oversight and business development.

As chief lending officer, McKillop will oversee the bank’s lending platform and financing activities, with responsibility for supporting loan growth while maintaining credit standards.

The appointments strengthen two functions that are central to a community bank’s expansion: managing capital and financial performance while generating loans and deposits without compromising credit quality.
