EXTON, PA — Energage has released its 2025 list of Top Workplaces for Remote Work, honoring 230 employers nationwide that excel in building strong, people-first cultures in fully or predominantly remote environments. Now in its second year, the award recognizes companies that demonstrate exceptional employee engagement, flexibility, and commitment to sustaining remote work as a core part of their business model.
The ranking is divided by organization size, with this year’s top winners including Progressive Insurance, Jack Henry, and Aya Healthcare in the large company category (2,500+ employees). Credit Acceptance, TekSynap, and Service Coordination, Inc. led among mid-sized organizations (1,000–2,499 employees), while Agios Pharmaceuticals, Nightingale Education Group, and Roth Staffing Companies earned top honors in the 500–999 employee group. For smaller organizations (100–499 employees), Car-Part.com, Oddball, and Potomac Law Group took the top three spots.
Winners were selected based on employee feedback gathered through the Energage Workplace Survey, a confidential and research-driven assessment of workplace culture. The survey evaluates companies on factors such as leadership trust, professional development, and alignment between company goals and employee values. Results are benchmarked against two decades of data from Energage’s national research on organizational health and engagement.
“Top Workplaces awards are a celebration of good news,” said Eric Rubino, CEO of Energage. “They exemplify the significance of a people-first workplace experience, reminding us that employees are the heart of any thriving organization.”
The Top Workplaces for Remote Work recognition reflects a growing trend in how leading companies are redefining employee experience — demonstrating that productivity, connection, and culture can flourish outside the traditional office setting.
