WEST CHESTER, PA — Track Rabbit is commemorating a decade-long partnership with VIRginia International Raceway (VIR) as the renowned motorsport venue celebrates the 25th anniversary of its re-opening.
In 2014, when Track Rabbit was a fledgling startup with big ideas but limited resources, VIR became the company’s first client, taking a chance on its emerging motorsports registration and event management platform. That early vote of confidence proved pivotal, helping Track Rabbit grow into a nationwide solution serving automotive events across the U.S.
“VIR took a chance on us when we were just getting started, and that trust means everything,” said David Atadan, founder of Track Rabbit. “They didn’t just become our first client – they became our partner in building something that would transform motorsports event management.”
The collaboration wasn’t without challenges. In its early stages, Track Rabbit’s technology was still being refined, and VIR’s feedback played a critical role in shaping the platform. Over the years, the company has evolved into a comprehensive solution supporting HPDEs, autocross, motorcycle and car races, car clubs, driving schools, and tracks nationwide.
“Reflecting on the past decade, we are proud to have partnered with Track Rabbit from the very beginning,” said Mitchell Smith of VIR. “We recognized their vision early on and have enjoyed contributing to the development of the platform through our feedback and that of our VIR Club Members.”
As Track Rabbit celebrates this milestone alongside VIR’s 25th anniversary, the partnership highlights how collaboration between innovators and industry leaders can drive meaningful change in motorsports.
“This anniversary represents more than just 10 years of business,” Atadan added. “It represents the kind of partnership that defines the motorsports community—where established leaders support innovation and help new companies find their footing.”
From a small startup to a national platform powering modern motorsports, Track Rabbit’s journey is deeply intertwined with VIR’s legacy as one of America’s premier road racing destinations.
