CRED iQ Unveils New Global HQ, Welcomes Industry Veteran to Team

CRED iQ

WAYNE, PA — Commercial real estate data and analytics company, CRED iQ, recently announced the opening of its new global headquarters in Wayne, PA, just 20 miles from Philadelphia. The move comes as the company prepares to roll out a slew of new products and offerings in the first quarter.

“Our new headquarters in Wayne will help accommodate the previously announced and anticipated staff expansions,” said Chris Aronson, Chief Commercial Officer at CRED iQ.

The state-of-the-art office complex is set to triple the previous square footage and includes expanded conference facilities and digital platforms. The company anticipates further expansion in the future, which can be comfortably accommodated within the 40-acre, 376,000-square-foot campus. The campus, known as Eagle Yards, was recently rebranded by its new owner, Haverford Properties.

For commercial real estate insiders, this development signals a significant step forward for CRED iQ, indicating potential growth and expansion in its services. This could lead to more comprehensive and sophisticated data-driven solutions for industry professionals.

In addition to the headquarters announcement, CRED iQ also welcomed Rick Fontana, a seasoned commercial real estate and CMBS veteran, to its Product team as a Senior Advisor. Fontana’s extensive experience in analytics, fixed income, CMBS, and CRE product development will add valuable depth to the team. He has held key leadership roles at Fortis Investments, TD Securities, and Bloomberg.

“Rick adds vital depth and experience to our team as we continue to deepen the sophistication of our product offerings,” noted Michael Haas, CEO and Founder of CRED iQ.

For the local community, the expansion of CRED iQ’s operations could potentially stimulate economic activity, create jobs, and contribute to the overall development of the area.

“I am thrilled to reunite with Mike and join this exceptional team at CRED iQ,” said Fontana, who will be based in New York City. “I have been watching the business evolve, and I look forward to contributing and hopefully accelerating their success.”
