MALVERN, PA — Balfour Beatty Communities said it received the 2025 National Company Award from SatisFacts, based on resident feedback across its multifamily, student, and military housing portfolios.
The company said the recognition also included multiple property-level awards tied to survey results measuring resident satisfaction across service categories.
According to Balfour Beatty Communities, SatisFacts surveys evaluate factors such as move-in experience, maintenance response times, staff professionalism, communication, and overall service quality using a five-point scale.
Chief Services Officer Linda Bradley said the company uses survey data to guide operational improvements.
“We use SatisFacts’ data-driven insights as a guide for continuous improvement that keeps us accountable,” Bradley said.
The company said it earned the National Company Award across all three business segments based on overall survey performance.
In its military housing portfolio, residents gave an average satisfaction score of 4.71 out of 5, contributing to 54 individual property awards, according to the company.
Balfour Beatty Communities said its multifamily and student housing portfolios each received property awards across all communities, with an average satisfaction score of 4.56 out of 5.
The company said the SatisFacts Index allows it to benchmark performance against industry peers and incorporate resident feedback into service operations.
