WAYNE, PA — Conestoga Capital Advisors, LLC has named Christopher M. Gaito as Client Portfolio Manager, a newly created position at the firm. Gaito will collaborate with the Investment and Distribution teams to communicate Conestoga’s investment strategies to clients, prospects, and consultants. Additionally, he will generate thought leadership content to provide value to external stakeholders.
Before joining Conestoga, Gaito co-founded Furey Research Partners, a leading independent research firm specializing in the Small Cap equity market. Over 16 years, he built and managed relationships with institutional investors, developed content, and led marketing and event strategies. Earlier in his career, he spent nine years at Morgan Stanley’s Institutional Equity division, handling roles across research, sales, and trading. His responsibilities included institutional sales, client relationship management, and product marketing for U.S. and international equity units. Gaito holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Johns Hopkins University.
