WEST CHESTER, PA — A. Duie Pyle ranked first among Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regional less-than-truckload carriers in Logistics Management’s 2026 Quest for Quality Awards, extending the West Chester-based transportation company’s recognition by the publication’s readers to 37 consecutive years.
The family-owned company was also recognized in three other categories: expedited motor carriers, third-party logistics for transportation management and third-party logistics for value-added warehousing.
The annual awards, now in their 43rd year, are based on evaluations from buyers of logistics and transportation services. Providers are assessed on criteria including customer service, reliability, value, information technology capabilities, equipment and operational efficiency.
The results give Pyle recognition across multiple parts of its business as transportation providers compete on more than freight capacity, with technology, warehousing and broader supply-chain services increasingly incorporated into customer relationships.
“To be recognized in four categories this year speaks to the depth of our service culture and the dedication of our Pyle People across every part of the business,” Chief Commercial Officer Frank Granieri said.
Granieri pointed to continued investment in “people, technology and network capacity” as customers contend with increasingly complex supply chains.
Pyle provides both asset- and non-asset-based transportation and supply-chain services, including regional LTL freight, time-sensitive transportation, transportation management and warehousing.
The company has operated for 102 years and remains family-owned and operated.
