PHILADELPHIA, PA — Philadelphia’s cherished nonprofit arts platform, InLiquid, is set to commemorate its 25th anniversary with an enchanting Benefit Auction. Spanning two eventful weeks, from March 9th through 23rd, InLiquid aims to celebrate the vibrant creative economy of Philadelphia, appealing to art enthusiasts of all kinds.

Rachel Zimmerman, the visionary behind InLiquid’s inception in 1999, aimed to build a collaborative hub for artists, galleries, and art collectors. Today, InLiquid has been pivotal in cultivating an appreciation for visual art forms and directly encouraging the careers of hundreds of artists based in Philadelphia.

InLiquid’s Benefit Auction is not just about celebrating its own milestone. It’s a vibrant platform where attendees have the rare opportunity to support the city’s artists, with proceeds split equally amongst the artist and InLiquid.

Over the past quarter-century, InLiquid has provided numerous opportunities for emerging and established artists to be appreciated and recognized. InLiquid currently hosts over 40 free public art exhibitions annually, supporting the growth of over 300 artists every year.

This year, the benefit is a captivating multi-week event focused on encouraging everyone, seasoned art collectors, and young professionals, to come together and celebrate art at varying price points. It’s a unified experience to revel in a landmark anniversary while supporting Philadelphia’s unique creative community.

Experience a series of grand celebrations starting on Saturday, March 9, from 6 to 9:30 pm, kicking off with the VIP Collector’s Night. Attendees will enjoy an exclusive art preview and the chance to acquire their favorite pieces.

Delve into the intriguing segment “Dolls, Idols, and Ideals” on Thursday, March 14, between 6 and 9 pm. This session explores the fascinating journey of identity, labels, and lineage through the imaginative perspectives of Kimberly Camp and Emilio Maldonado.

Fashion aficionados can anticipate the Benefit Design Showcase on Saturday, March 16, from Noon to 3:30 pm. Witness the work of local independent designers alongside contemporary art.
