OXFORD, PA — The Oxford Borough and Area School Police Departments have scheduled an active shooter drill at the Oxford Area School district premises within the Borough on Wednesday, June 21, 2023, from 8 AM-12 PM.
The of conducting an active shooter drill is to prepare school staff, students, and administrators in the event of an emergency. This drill is aimed at enhancing communication and coordination among staff, improving emergency response procedures, and increasing overall readiness in the event of an active shooter incident.
Please note that road closures and heightened emergency vehicle activity will be experienced in this region. As a result, traffic delays are expected.
