A Tribute to Our Veterans: The Downingtown Area Chamber’s Annual Veterans Day Flag Raising Ceremony

Per the Downingtown Area Chamber of Commerce, due to a forecast of rain and wind, the Veterans Day Flag Raising Ceremony has been canceled. There is no rain date.
DOWNINGTOWN, PA — Each year, on the 11th day of the 11th month, we pause to remember and honor the men and women who have served in our nation’s armed forces. The Downingtown Area Chamber of Commerce is hosting a special Veterans Day Flag Raising Ceremony at the Veteran’s Memorial Flag Pole in Kerr Park.

When: Friday, November 11th at 11:00am
Where: Veterans Memorial Flag Pole, 1 Park Lane, Kerr Park, Downingtown, PA 19335

This event is open to the public, and participants include Veteran Groups, Elected Officials, and patriotic music.
