PHILADELPHIA, PA — More than 80 makers, artists and small businesses will turn Dilworth Park into a sprawling open-air marketplace this October as the Made in Philadelphia Fall Market celebrates its 10th anniversary with its largest edition yet.
The three-day market will run Oct. 9-11 on the west side of City Hall, bringing handcrafted art, jewelry, clothing, home goods, specialty foods, seasonal décor and other finds to Center City. Admission is free, and families, friends and four-legged visitors are welcome.
“For the past 10 years, the Made in Philadelphia Fall Market has given us the opportunity to celebrate the incredible creativity, talent and entrepreneurial spirit of Philadelphia and our region,” Made in Philadelphia CEO Thomas Bauer said.
“Reaching this milestone is especially meaningful because the market has grown into a fall tradition for both our vendors and visitors,” Bauer added. “We’re excited to celebrate 10 years at Dilworth Park while once again giving small businesses a platform to showcase their talents in the heart of Philadelphia.”
Returning vendors will share the market with businesses making their debut. Among the confirmed merchants are ArtByAlicia, with pen-and-ink illustrations of Philadelphia landmarks, bars and restaurants; Thimble Kiss Co., featuring handmade children’s clothing; Trashion, with clothing made from recycled materials and vintage finds; and The Philly Tarot Deck, a 78-card collection illustrated with local icons.
Food will be part of the browsing experience, too. Bacon on a Stick will serve thick-cut bacon skewers with dipping glazes, Husky Jawn Street Corn will offer fire-roasted street corn and the Philadelphia Beekeepers Guild will bring honey.
Other vendors will offer everything from permanent jewelry and handmade stationery to gemstone pieces, candles, vintage flatware jewelry, upcycled clothing and Philadelphia-themed apparel.

Saturday will add another layer to the anniversary celebration. Center City District plans a special activation area with live music, seating and additional activities where shoppers can spend time between visits to vendor booths.
The pickleball court along City Hall will also be back during the Fall Market, giving visitors another activity alongside the shopping, food and entertainment.
Held rain or shine, the market has become an early opportunity for shoppers to tackle holiday lists while buying directly from independent makers and small businesses. Organizers plan to announce the complete vendor lineup online in the coming weeks.
The weekend will also provide a preview of the holiday season at Dilworth Park. The same organizers will return later in the year for the Made in Philadelphia Holiday Market.
