WEST CHESTER, PA — Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach, REALTORS® will open an office inside Hershey’s Mill later this fall, expanding its physical presence in a Chester County 55-plus community where the brokerage already handles nearly a quarter of the residential real estate market.
The Hershey’s Mill Office, at 1500 Greenhill Road in West Chester, will operate in partnership with the Deb Dorsey Team as Fox & Roach seeks to increase its share of transactions within the gated community.
Hershey’s Mill Villages and Golf Club encompasses more than 1,700 homes across 800 acres. The community includes an 18-hole golf course, heated pool, community garden, sports complex with tennis and pickleball courts, and a community center.
The expansion builds on the Deb Dorsey Team’s existing sales business in the area. The team recorded $74 million in sales volume across more than 101 closed transactions in 2024.
For more than a decade, the team has received the Chairman’s Circle Diamond Award, placing it within the top half of 1% of the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices national network.
The new location is intended to give buyers and sellers inside Hershey’s Mill more direct access to the brokerage while providing Fox & Roach with a base for further expansion within the community.

Fox & Roach characterized the office as part of its broader strategy of expanding its presence in markets where it already has established sales teams and customer relationships.
