PHOENIXVILLE, PA — Calla’s Kitty Kingdom will celebrate its official grand opening and ribbon-cutting on Friday, October 2, 2026, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at Maddie’s Castle, 178 Bridge Street in downtown Phoenixville. The celebration takes place during Phoenixville First Friday.
The Kitty Kingdom is a dedicated space where visitors can meet adoptable cats from Calla’s Critter Rescue and learn more about adoption. It is a collaboration among the rescue, Maddie’s Castle, and BarkHop Studio. Each partner brings something different to the project: rescue care, a place for the community to meet the cats, and portraits that help introduce them to potential adopters.
The grand opening will give visitors a chance to see the space, meet the people behind it, and celebrate the cats it was created to help.
The partners recently introduced Calla’s Kitty Kingdom on PHL17’s Positively Philly in “A Purr-fect Addition to Phoenixville.”
