WILMINGTON, DE — Onfolio Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: ONFO, ONFOW) (OTC: ONFOP) is evaluating acquisitions, transformational transactions and asset sales as it shifts toward a more focused portfolio and seeks to improve shareholder value while retaining its public listing.

The owner and operator of online businesses said it plans to prioritize acquisitions that would be immediately accretive and strategically aligned with its operations.

Onfolio is also considering transactions that could substantially reshape the company and accelerate long-term value creation, though it did not identify potential targets, counterparties or deal structures.

At the same time, the company plans to evaluate the sale of underperforming assets and concentrate capital on businesses producing stronger results.

The strategy reflects a more selective approach to capital allocation after Onfolio returned to the acquisition market, according to Chief Executive Officer Dominic Wells.

“We’re back in the acquisition market with an active pipeline of opportunities,” Wells stated.

He said the company expects a combination of acquisitions and portfolio management to create a “stronger, more focused company” over time.

Onfolio did not disclose which existing assets may be sold, the size of its acquisition pipeline or a timetable for completing any transaction.
