Connect Life Sciences Names Megan Driscoll Board Chair to Support Growth Plans

Argosy Healthcare Partners

WAYNE, PA — Connect Life Sciences has appointed life sciences recruiting executive Megan Driscoll as executive chairman of its board, adding an industry veteran as the staffing and recruitment firm pursues expansion in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device sectors.

The appointment brings to the company a recruiting executive who previously founded and led PharmaLogics Recruiting, a biopharmaceutical search firm that grew to more than 200 employees before its acquisition by private equity-backed Webster Equity Partners in 2017.

Connect Life Sciences, a portfolio company of Argosy Healthcare Partners, provides staffing, direct placement and consulting services to life sciences companies across clinical development, regulatory affairs, biostatistics, pharmacovigilance and related functions.

The company said Driscoll will work with management as it seeks to expand its recruitment platform and strengthen its position in the life sciences talent market.

“We are thrilled to welcome Megan as Executive Chairman of the Board,” Chief Executive Officer Scott Dalton said in a statement. He cited her experience building and scaling a life sciences recruiting business and her industry relationships as factors behind the appointment.

Driscoll currently serves as CEO of Megan Driscoll Consulting, where she advises business founders on growth initiatives and artificial intelligence implementation. During her tenure at PharmaLogics, the company was recognized on the Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing private companies and received workplace recognition from The Boston Globe.
