Feasterville Man Arrested Following Alleged Threats Investigation

FEASTERVILLE, PA — A Feasterville man has been taken into custody following an investigation into an alleged disturbance earlier this week that led police to issue a warrant for his arrest.

According to the Lower Southampton Township Police Department, 59-year-old David B. McClinton was arrested on the morning of October 9, 2025, at a friend’s residence by township officers. The arrest followed a warrant issued two days earlier in connection with an alleged incident that occurred on October 6 in the 300 block of Eastwood Avenue in Feasterville, Bucks County.

Police said that during the investigation into the reported disturbance, officers determined that McClinton had allegedly threatened the life of another person. As a result, an arrest warrant was obtained for one count of terroristic threats with intent to terrorize another.

McClinton, who police noted has no fixed address, was arraigned via video before Magisterial District Judge Baranoski, who set bail and remanded him to the Bucks County Correctional Facility pending court proceedings.

Authorities expressed appreciation to members of the public who submitted tips that assisted in locating and apprehending McClinton.

All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
