PHILADELPHIA, PA — Vicinity Energy Philadelphia, Inc. announced that paving operations will close Civic Center Boulevard between University Avenue and West Service Drive beginning today, Friday, October 10.
The roadway will be closed from 7:30 PM this evening through 5:00 AM Monday, October 13. Traffic will be detoured via Health Sciences Drive, South Street, Spruce Street, and University Avenue. Local access will remain available throughout the project.
Motorists should expect delays and allow extra travel time. All work is weather dependent.
