PARKESBURG, PA – Parkesburg Borough Police have filed criminal charges against a local man following an alleged theft on Main Street.
Authorities said the incident occurred on September 28, 2025, in the 300 block of Main Street. Following an investigation, police identified David Leslie Smith as the suspect. Smith was formally charged with theft and related offenses.
Police reported that Smith was arrested on September 29, 2025. A preliminary hearing will be scheduled at District Court 15-3-07.
All charges are allegations. A suspect, arrestee, or defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
