Felony Warrants, Traffic Stop, and New Charges: Arrest in Parkesburg Raises Serious Allegations

PARKESBURG, PA — Police arrested 25-year-old Waylon William Cornog on September 16, 2025, during a traffic stop in the unit block of East First Avenue in Parkesburg. According to the Parkesburg Borough Police Department, Cornog was taken into custody on felony warrants for alleged crimes against children and fleeing and eluding.

Authorities stated that a subsequent search following the arrest uncovered illegal substances, leading to additional charges of drug possession and related offenses. Cornog was transported to Chester County Prison.

A preliminary hearing is pending. Police emphasized that all individuals charged with a crime are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
