WEST CHESTER, PA — Police have charged a 43-year-old man with multiple offenses after an alleged assault was reported at a residence in the 500 block of West Biddle Street during the early morning hours of September 13, 2025.
According to the West Chester Police Department, officers were dispatched at approximately 4:15 a.m. for a report of an assault with injuries. Following an investigation, authorities alleged that Ariel Delgadillo of West Chester assaulted another individual at the scene.
Delgadillo has been charged with attempted criminal homicide, aggravated assault, simple assault, strangulation, rape by forcible compulsion, rape of an unconscious victim, sexual assault, and recklessly endangering another person, among other related offenses. A preliminary hearing is pending at District Court 15-1-01.
Authorities emphasized that all individuals charged with a crime are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
