NEWTOWN SQUARE, PA — SupplyOne, Inc. has acquired the business of Vital Pack, a Signal Hill, California packaging distributor known for its in-house label printing capabilities and strong regional presence. The deal marks SupplyOne’s 44th acquisition overall and its first in California, extending the company’s reach in the western United States.
Founded in 2019 by James Luyben, Vital Pack operates from two warehouse facilities and distributes a broad range of packaging and shipping products, including stretch film, shrink bundling film, flexible packaging, corrugated materials, and custom-printed labels. Its printing expertise complements SupplyOne’s existing digital printing and converting operations, bolstering the company’s ability to provide customized, high-impact packaging solutions.
“Vital Pack was founded on the principles of quality, honest service, and reliability,” said Luyben, who serves as the company’s CEO. “Joining forces with SupplyOne enables us to continue delivering on that mission while expanding the resources and capabilities we offer our customers.”
SupplyOne President and CEO Todd Renehan said the acquisition advances the company’s strategy of building scale and enhancing product capabilities. “Vital Pack strengthens our presence in the Western United States and deepens our capabilities in flexible packaging and custom label production,” Renehan said. “Their team’s dedication to customer service aligns perfectly with our mission to deliver value through packaging.”
With the addition of Vital Pack, SupplyOne reinforces its position as a nationwide provider of packaging distribution, design, and manufacturing services. The move expands its geographic footprint while adding specialized expertise to serve a growing base of customers across North America.
