MORGANTOWN, PA — Caernarvon Township Police have arrested a 45-year-old man following an incident at the Morgantown Gun Show.
According to police, on September 28, 2021, Kenon Davis of Morgantown attempted to purchase a firearm but was denied. Investigators allege Davis then provided false information on both federal and state firearms forms during the attempted purchase.
Davis was arrested on September 9, 2025, and charged with sale or transfer of firearms and unsworn falsification to authorities.
All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
