SHARON HILL, PA — The Sharon Hill Borough Police Department has issued an arrest warrant for a Philadelphia-area man and is asking for the public’s assistance in locating him.
Authorities have identified the wanted individual as 45-year-old Nathan Smith. According to police, Smith is described as a Black male, approximately 5 feet 10 inches tall, weighing around 220 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
Court records indicate that the warrant was issued on August 14, 2025, under docket number MJ-32237-CR-0000106-2025. Smith faces charges of simple assault, harassment, and disorderly conduct.
The Sharon Hill Police Department is urging anyone with information about Smith’s whereabouts to contact investigators immediately at 610-237-6200.
Authorities emphasize that all suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
