PHILADELPHIA, PA — Authorities are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying several individuals connected to an alleged assault and robbery that took place inside a North Philadelphia store earlier this month.
According to investigators, the incident occurred on Saturday, August 9, 2025, at approximately 10:58 p.m. inside a business located on the 1600 block of Cumberland Street. Police say a 52-year-old woman was inside the store when she was punched by an unidentified female. As the victim attempted to defend herself, she was reportedly attacked by a group of women who entered the establishment.
Detectives stated that while the victim was on the ground, she was kicked and punched by the suspects, who then allegedly stole $80, a work identification card, and a sneaker before fleeing the scene.
The Philadelphia Police Department’s Central Detective Division has released still photographs of the individuals believed to be involved in the incident. Investigators are urging anyone with information regarding the suspects or the assault to contact Detective Vance at 215-686-3093 or 215-686-3094. The case has been assigned Reference ID#: DC 25-22-057936.
All individuals identified as suspects are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
