Lower Chichester Police Arrest Man Wanted in Alleged Road Rage Assault

Arrested

LINWOOD, PA — A 35-year-old Delaware County man has been taken into custody in connection with an alleged road rage incident that police say resulted in serious bodily injury.

According to the Lower Chichester Township Police Department, members of the agency’s Warrant Division arrested James English, of the 1400 block of Summit Avenue, on the evening of August 13. The arrest was made pursuant to a felony warrant issued the previous day by Magisterial District Judge Mattox.

Authorities allege the charges stem from an incident on the 100 block of Mildred Avenue in Collingdale, where English is accused of striking both a vehicle and a person exiting the vehicle during a confrontation. Police say the individual sustained serious injuries as a result.
