BIRMINGHAM TOWNSHIP, PA — PECO Energy has announced that tree removal work will require a daytime road closure on Creek Road in Birmingham Township, Chester County.
The closure will be in effect Thursday, August 7, and Friday, August 8, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. During this period, Creek Road will be closed to through traffic between Meetinghouse Road and Wylie Road.
Motorists will be directed to use Route 926 (Street Road), U.S. 202 (Wilmington Pike), and Brintons Bridge Road as a detour. Local access will be maintained up to the work zone.
Drivers are urged to allow extra time when traveling in the area, as delays and congestion are expected. All scheduled work is contingent on weather conditions.
